Google Ads - Conversion Action Needs Attention

This diagnostic error have resulted due to the fact that Google records enhanced conversions only when the request includes all PII data, such as first name, last name, email, and phone number. It is possible that some requests were not recorded as enhanced conversions because they did not contain enough PII data. This leads to a limited number of events being recorded through the API.



Step 1 :  Perform a Deep audit to identify any issue with the setup.
Step 2 :  Check backend logs to make sure the data is sent correctly in real time and there were no errors that needed to be fixed.

If there isn't any issue found in Step 1& 2 above wait for a couple of days and this temporary issue will go away eventually.
